Orifice Plate
The concentric orifice plate is in
conformity with the international standard ISO5167, is a variety of the
throttling devices which is simplest in structure, most comprehensive in
application, and most adaptable.
- The structure is simple,
operation is reliable, performance is constant.
- Unnecessary of appreciation,
the appreciating fee can be omitted for the flow measuring on the pipes of
big diameter.
- The accuracy is medium,
applicable to use in flow control and regulation of process.
- The normal measuring range
ensuring the accuracy is 3～4, it is inapplicable to use at the locality in
too wide measuring range.
Tapping Modes: Corner (Circle
cabinet, solo bore-hole) tapping
Flange tapping (Priority is given to select it)
Nominal Pressure: <=32MPa
Reynolds Number Range: 50-2600mm
Reynolds Number Range: ReD>5000
The parameter of Orifice Plate Flowmeter:
Diameter: 50-400mm
Max pressure: 16bar, 32bar, 64bar, 10MPa, 16MPa.
