Stable and Reliable Control System
Main control
system adopts PLC modules made by Siemens, Germany. Siemens Operation Panel
system presents Man-Machine Dialogue Interface based on Win system. The furnaces
are reliable and stable.

Advanced and High-tech Heating System
With aid of roller maintenance machine, tailor-made
ceramic rollers can be disassembled and maintained conveniently.
The updated
anchorage technology in the world for heat insulation is applied to the furnace.
The thermal conduction by the metalwork in the furnace is minimized. The
insulation system has the same working life as the furnace itself without
overhaul.
Intelligent heating system, with mixed
convection-radiation system or pure convection system in the furnace is more
suitable for producing high quality glass.

Brilliant and Distinctive Quenching System
Specially
designed quenching system shall be applied to eliminate air marks on tempered
glass to the minimum. Bent tempered glass shall come up to top optical quality.
Frequency inverter shall be used with blower, featuring
simple operation control, reliable system operation and power savings.

Classic and Excellent Engineering Design for Bending System
Synchronous curving mechanism and LENZE Servo System
guarantee the curvature of the glass in smooth and natural shape with a
higher repeatability and smaller tolerance. The glass shall be bent and
tempered to “J”, “U” and parabolic shapes, especially suitable for further
lamination.

A variety of choices in machine models
A series flat glass tempering furnaces, B series
flat/bent glass tempering furnaces, C series flat/bent glass tempering
furnaces, and bi-directional flat/bent glass tempering furnaces are
specially designed for tempering glass for automobiles, furniture and
buildings. Color glazed glass, semi-tempered glass, on-line coated glass,
Low-E glass and glass with corners and irregular shapes shall be tempered.

Tempered glass comes up to standards of ANSI Z-97.1-84
for architectural glass, ECE-R43 for automotive glass and GB9963-98.
