2)      Gensets power output:

10-1000KW diesel generator sets can output the rated power in compliance with GB2820-97 under the condition below:Temperature:25C,Altitude:<1000m(above sea level),Barometer:760mm,Humidity:60% at 25C.

If the operation condition exceeds the above-mentioned requirements, the generating sets output should be corrected in compliance with following requirements, Diesel engine output should be modified in compliance with item below. Alternator engine output should be modified according to GB755-81, “Alternator Basic Technical requirement”.

When the generating set is operated under the condition of less than 1500m set level of altitude and less than 38C of environment temperature, it is allowed to run at 110% overload, but the operation time should not exceed one hour.

Diesel engine can output the rated power if the engine operates under 2250m sea level and 38C of environment temperature. No need for adjusting fuel system when the engine operates under rated load. If the altitude is above 2250m,the power output will be reduced by 4% for every 300m.If the environment temperature is exceeded 38C,the power output will be reduced by 2% for every 11C.If the set operates under the above conditions, the fuel system should be adjusted to reduce fuel supply, the power output of the generator set will be reduce also.

4.      ZX-16 Control Box:

ZX-16 Control box is control box for generator which takes the GTR-16 controller as the core. It can automatically start the generator and continue power supply , when the power supply of city doesn’t work as usual .And when the city power supply works normally ,it automatically stops working. If there is some wrong with the generator, it also can stop working itself and the trouble of generator will display on the control box by LEO light. The alternating part is shock proofing meter which is product of Chinese-foreign joint venture, direct current part is meter of Zhong kang.

 Merit

Brief introduction of operation

manual operation: When confirm that the oil and water are normal, turn the on-off to the automatic point, and generating set will start, if there is no frequency after ten seconds , stop the engine and after ten seconds start again .If three times you can’t start ,the controller will automatic lock up and show the failure of start; If the controller starts, then the data about voltage, frequency, electric current , oil, water temperature will display on the meter.
