Coating tank: The coating tank has stainless steel external and cold-rolling oxidation resistant steel heating preservation tank inside, whose heating temperature can be freely controlled (0-260℃) according to the coating chosen by owner. Equip with erect type manual agitating device, and the capacity is 75kg.

Marking bucket: Groups of knife are made of imported preminent steel with fire-resistance, anti-abrasion and oxidation resistance and adopt scraping structure. The floor knife is made of original imported hard tungsten steel. The rotating parts are made of imported special steel sheet with fire-resistance (2000℃), oxidation-resistance and anti-deformation, whose stability will be better after special process. The precise manufacture techniques of the bucket ensure it with better operability, accuracy durability and firmness.

Valve, cooker units, fire nozzle and pipes all adopt imported parts.

The technical indices and parameters of line-marking bucket, heating system, gas micro-beads broadcaster, rubber wheel, back stern wheel direction finder, guide rod, handle, lineation width and thickness are the basic same as that of YY-ASTU-1 line-marking machine.

The technical indices of chassis are the basic same as that of YY-ASTU-1 line-marking machine, but with different parameters.
